Why we’re hiring a Sales Executive? As we continue to grow, we are also expanding our Sales team in the US! This position is a varied position where you will find no two days are the same! Reporting into the regional sales leadership team, the Sales Executive will be part of the Instem Sales team and will be responsible for all the assigned opportunities and accounts in their assigned Business Unit and/or Geographic area. They will maintain the relationship with existing customers and build new relationships with new accounts. They will react to- and identify- net-new business opportunities for new solutions in the regional groups’ portfolio. They will also partner with and leverage sales expertise pertaining to solutions that can be cross-sold.

What to expect?

o Working with Global Sales team to maximise product sales and annual fee retention (where necessary)
o Working with Finance team, creating and submitting sales bookings
o Visiting customers / attending tradeshows when required
o Maintaining an accurate record of Opportunities in [please apply online] o Maintaining accurate records of customer touchpoints in [please apply online] o Attending Sales Meetings
o Liaising with Operations team to deliver projects
o Building the sales pipeline
o Working with Sales Solution Engineers to present Instem and our products
o Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.

Skills you’ll need:

o Experience managing accounts and new sales in pharmaceutical/life science research and/or development areas.
o Software and/or IT service solutions/Life Science sales background.
o Assist customers in selecting products/services based on customer needs, product specifications, service scope and applicable regulations.
o Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
o Comfortable presenting and demonstrating solutions with customers.
o Good skill level in salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems.
